This website provides a free business health check questionnaire for SMEs. For the purposes of UK data protection law, the operator of this website is the data controller.

What data we collect

• Questionnaire inputs: company name, website URL, sector, size band, and the answers you provide about processes and tools.
• Optional location: region (if you choose to provide it).
• Website scan snapshot: limited signals from your public homepage (for example, presence of contact links or forms and certain security headers).
• Technical data: a hashed representation of your IP address, timestamps, and basic request metadata.
• Report downloads: when you download a PDF report we log an event.
• Admin access: administrator login credentials and session data.
